Ordering Information

Jazz/Trumpet Clinics, Clinics/Workshops, and Festival/Competition Judging

(in person and on location)

Please send:

• check, money order or western union for $60 per 1 hour clinic or presentation (see below)
• email address
• phone number
• fax number
• dates and alternates for the appointment
• which type of clinic or presentation is desired
• age level, number of students, or type of group
• see the clinic and presentation outline

• Santa Rosa, CA is the starting point for calculating the travel radius to your location

Billing information:

• Checks must clear prior to clinic or presentation visits.
• Repeat patrons may order via email or phone and pay at the time of the clinic or presentation.
• Local cancellation notice must be 48 hours in advance or full payment is expected.
• Cancellations involving travel outside a 50 mile radius require 72 hour advance notice or full payment is expected.
• Cancellations involving plane flights require 7 day advance notice or full payment is expected.
• Clinics outside a 50 mile radius require a 2 hour ($100) minimum + $0.50 a mile travel.
• Clinics outside a 100 radius require a 4 hour ($200) minimum + $50 per day perdium.
• Clinics outside a 200 mile radius require prepaid plane tickets + $50 per day perdium.
• Your appointment will be confirmed via email if you include your email address with your order.
